I have lost all of the weight while on Weight Watchers, primarily using their online eTools. To give the basics on the program, everything you eat has a Point value. You are given a daily Points target and weekly bonus Points to use as you see fit (use them all on Friday night, have a giant piece of cheesecake, spread them out over a few days, etc.). You can also earn additional Points through activity which you can then use like the weekly bonus Points. Journaling is at the core of the plan and eTools makes everything quite easy to track with an online food database and Points calculators. Interested to learn more? Visit WW online.
I think I've been successful through journaling, cutting out fast food drive-thrus, cooking and working out 6-7 days/week. I still eat the foods I love and I still eat out. I'm quite cognizant that I'm still "in" the journey and that the toughest road ahead will be when I move from trying to lose weight to trying to keep it off for good.
I found some before pics from January 2009 - these are not at my heaviest but can give you an idea of a before and after. In the bottom pics I'm actually wearing Kev's "fat" jeans which he seems to get a kick out of.
I've been asked if I've gained weight at all during this journey, and as you can see from the graph below, I have had some "up" weeks. These are generally little blips - sometimes for a reason (like a high sodium meal at Chili's the night before a weigh-in) and sometimes for reasons unknown.
I still have a ways to go on this journey, but the end is in sight like it hasn't been before!

Keri! Congrats. You look beautiful! What an accomplishment. : )
