I was flipping through channels the other day and caught this...
They use robot jockeys, controlled via radio remote in some of the SUVs trailing in the background. Everyone else trailing in the background... not exactly sure. I'm pretty sure this isn't Doha, though they do have camel racing here. Heck, Applebee's here has a whole wall of racing imagery. Bourdain also had a great No Reservations in Saudi Arabia (I think) that explored camel racing.
