What losing one Cassie looks like

I have now lost -135.5 lbs. since March 5, 2010 (an average of around 2 lbs./wk).  For those keeping track, that's 58 lbs. in Houston and 77.5 lbs. here in Doha.  When I started I was doing a combo of Weight Watchers meetings and Weight Watchers eTools, but since moving to Doha I have solely been using eTools.

My original Weight Watchers leader Mike always lead meetings like he was warming up at an open mic night at the Improv.  He had a great one about his leader from back in the day... a little old lady that used to equate weight loss pounds in sticks of butter and bags of sugar (the punchline he made was about joking to the woman behind him in the weighing line that they should get together and bake a cake).  I've had trouble visualizing what losing 135.5 lbs. looks like, and fortunately my friend Cassie was eager to step in and show me.  Bless her heart, she even went back home to change so that we could match.  The pic on the left attempts to show a "before" and the pic on the right was Cassie's idea... she wanted it to look, I think, like I was telling that weight to take a hike.

Here's how the graph looks so far...  A few bumps along the road, sometimes earned (ugh, Myrtle Beach!) and sometimes not earned, but the overally trend is in the right direction.  I still have a long way to go, but thankfully the journey is a little shorter now.  Twenty more pounds and I'm treating myself to a massage!
