This little buddy had his head hanging out the window of an FJ Cruiser (like a dog would) when we were leaving the MegaMart parking lot. Kevin says to me, "Is that a tiger?" We stopped by the car when they parked to get a pic, because clearly you do not own a cheetah unless you are OK with having random Westerners ask for photos. When I asked how the cheetah so calmly sat up front, the owner showed me his right arm which was full of scratch scars. Only in Doha, I suppose. As we were driving off, the owner motions to us. We roll the window down and the owner asks why my husband didn't want to see the cheetah. "Too scared!" I replied as we drove off. :)
The best part was when I mentioned to a neighbor, "You'll never believe what we saw today." To which she replied, "A jaguar in a car?" Apparently I am not the only one who has ever caught this sight!
Mr. Pico would also like to say hello to you from Doha. This was a cute moment when he had his head on his paws while perched on the arm of the loveseat.
I like these two animals in the same post. Pico just might be the opposite of the cheetah.
